We drink Weihenstephaner's Original Premium Lager and newly rebranded Modelo Negra. We discuss everything yeast from mutations, different lager strains, and the migration of European yeasts.

We also get to talk about beginnings, endings, hometowns, and how some people got together to start collecting and propigating yeast strains to help make great Texas beers. And probably some not so great Oklahoma beers.

*Shudder* Oklahoma

We sampled Nut Crusher a peanut butter porter and Elctrifly IPA from Wild Ride Brew and Roly Poly Pils and Special Ale, an amber, from River Horse Brewing.
And because we needed help drinking we invited Amy of Amy Rain music to join us and talk about pond water, candy shops, and bottles versus cans while forgetting to talk about music.

So find out what Clint thinks of this IPA, what flavors Cutter picks up after reading the bottle, and much more when we open our first box from Craftbeerclub.com.
