Dan, Shawn, and Paul from Atco Brewing joined us at the luxurious Towey Studios for this episode. These guys just celebrated their 2nd Anniversary an have started to release cans into the wild! Their first 2 offerings, Swellhead and Kriller, have been out for a few weeks and they just released a 3rd called "The Process" in honor of The Philadelphia 76ers Playoff Run. We touch a little on everything including the recent controversy regarding the formation of a competing brewer's guild, why they bought a canning line, untappd, and the future of the brewery.

Meyers Brewing Company opened in 2021 in the Fishtown area of Philly and in a few short years has become part of the fabric of the trendy neighborhood. Owner Mike Meyers aims to bring the same sense of fun and community to the Jersey Shore with the soon to open Meyers Lighthouse Brewery and Mini Golf in Ocean View. Vic, Richard, and Tom took the trip down to Cape May County’s newest brewery to speak with Mike and head brewer Andrew Swanson. The guys discussed the Meyers Brewery history, plans for the new location and what beers we may see on tap for the projected Memorial Day weekend opening. Head brewers Greg and Dan join the group along with Tom and Richard. We talk about the history and growth of both breweries, some of their newest beers, perfect pours and what happens when a beer doesn’t come out as planned. We also get into a conversation about Pork Roll/Taylor Ham (Editor's note: it is clearly pork roll, taylor ham is blasphemy), haunted breweries and mysterious ice cream stands. Like Ozzy a little off the rails, but the train arrives safely.
