Season 4 Episode 4 - Lancaster Brewing Co. The CPP Crew was back at it again and talked a little about the holidays and the new year. Mark shared the history of Lancaster Brewing and how they brought brewing back to Lancaster County after nearly 40 years. We had a great time talking with Glenn on how Brewery Tours has expanded and what the future plans are. Season 4 Episode 2 - Whiskers Brewing The CPP crew had the pleasure to talk with Dean and Katie Yaukey from Whiskers Brewing in Newville, PA. Their story is tremendous, from a fire that derailed their opening of the brewery in 2021, to how they rebuilt and where Dean got his start in brewing, this is a must listen episode. Welcome to season 4 of the Central PA Pour! Episode 1 - Gunpowder Falls Brewing Dave and Bret had an educational and exciting interview with Martin Virga from Gundpowder Falls Brewing in New Freedom, PA. Martin is brewing up traditional German Style lager beers and following the German Purity Law (Reinheitsgebot) with just four ingredients: water, malt, hops and yeast.

We find out Martin's path on where and how he learned to brew these traditional styles. In Germany of course! He even teaches us a little German, even though we didn't understand what he said (LOL). If you're looking for great traditional beers and authentic German food, this is a must visit place and we can't wait to get there. The Show

We are a group of friends, neighbors to be exact, that have acquired a taste for a variety of craft beers and spirits. We decided to make a podcast to highlight the different alcohol in the south central Pennsylvania area. Each episode we will sample a few local beverages with hopes of visiting the venues and meeting the people involved to discuss their love of the craft.
